A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

How much could the group save?+
Potential group discounts may range from 2% to 10%, depending on the project, available homes and developer agreement. This is a possibility, not a promise: a discount may not be available. The final offer shows Saath’s share and your actual savings before you decide. The joining fee, taxes, registration and other purchase costs are separate.
Do we own a home together?+
No. Each buyer purchases their own home. The group helps us negotiate with the developer together.
What happens while the group is filling?+
We keep you updated. Individual consultations begin once five buyers have joined. There is no guaranteed date for a group to fill.
What if someone does not agree to the offer?+
We do not lock the price until all five buyers agree. We discuss the next steps with the group. Any token payment is governed by the terms shared before it is paid.
What if I do not buy?+
If you have not bought within 90 days of joining, you can request a full refund of your group joining fee. It is returned within 7 days of your request. This policy covers the joining fee; the separate token has its own terms.
Can my broker introduce me?+
Yes. Your broker keeps 100% of the brokerage you agree directly with them. Saath does not charge them brokerage or take a share of theirs.
