- Match you with other buyers interested in the same project and form buyer groups
- Contact you about group formation, pricing updates, and next steps

We may share aggregated, non-identifying information about buyer group size with developers to support price negotiation. We only share your individual contact details with a developer or partner when it's necessary to progress a group deal you've actively joined, or when you've asked us to.

4. Your choices
You can update your account details at any time by contacting us. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information by emailing us at the address below, and we will action this within a reasonable time, except where we're required to retain information by law.

Saath Homes is intended for adults looking to buy real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
