The joining fee is ₹2,000 for each group you join. It covers that group only. Creating an account is free and does not confirm a place in a group.
When all five buyers join, we speak with each of you individually. We then explain the separate token amount and its terms before you pay it.

Potential group discounts may range from 2% to 10%, depending on the project, available homes and developer agreement. This is a possibility, not a promise: a discount may not be available. The final offer shows Saath’s share and your actual savings before you decide. The joining fee, taxes, registration and other purchase costs are separate.
We negotiate a group price with the developer, keep a share of the discount, and pass the rest on through a lower home price. No buyer brokerage charged by Saath.

If you buy within 90 days
Your ₹2,000 is kept.
It is the joining fee for that group. Saath’s share of the developer discount is separate and included in the home price offered to you.
If you haven't bought by day 90
Request your joining fee back.
If you have not bought within 90 days of joining, request a full refund of that group’s ₹2,000 joining fee. We return it within 7 days of your request. This does not cover the separate token payment.

Is the fee for each group? +
Yes. You pay ₹2,000 for each group you join. Paying for one group does not cover another group.
Is the token included in ₹2,000? +
No. The token is a separate payment after your individual consultation. We share its amount, purpose and terms before you pay. Its refund terms are separate from the joining-fee policy.
How do I pay the joining fee? +
Choose a group first. Our team will confirm the group and arrange your payment. Keep the payment reference so it can be matched to your group.
