Join four other buyers interested in the same project. We start individual consultations when the group reaches five.
Group joining fee
The joining fee is ₹2,000 for this group. Joining another group requires a separate fee. Once five buyers join, we consult each buyer, explain the token terms, and then negotiate with the developer. Everyone must agree before we lock the price.
The ₹2,000 group joining fee is refundable if you haven’t bought within 90 days. Refunds are returned within 7 days of your request. See the joining-fee terms for details.
